CAL-N-F CuBe 13µm (25×70) with ISO 17025 Certificate

A standard for calibration of the thickness measurement using a tactile method with all Fischer hand held systems and MMS/PC. Not suitable for eddy-current probes. The calibration certificate is issued by the Helmut Fischer calibration laboratory (SAS / SCS 0136) and guarantees traceability to international system of units (SI) (EN ISO 17025)
